About this site

This site provides general information about Transam Carriers Inc., allows prospective and current shippers to request quotes or portal access, and links to the Transam shipper portal. Site content is provided for business and informational purposes only.

Quotes and rates

Any quote, rate, transit time, availability, or service description provided through this site or in response to a site request is an estimate unless Transam confirms otherwise in writing. A quote does not create a binding transportation contract, reservation, or obligation to provide service until accepted and confirmed in writing by Transam Carriers Inc.

Rates may change based on shipment details, accessorial services, equipment availability, fuel, customs requirements, detention, reconsignment, cargo characteristics, pickup or delivery conditions, or other facts that differ from the information submitted.

Freight services

Actual transportation services are governed by separate written confirmations, bills of lading, carrier terms, tariffs or rate confirmations where applicable, and applicable laws and regulations. If there is a conflict between these website terms and the terms governing a specific shipment, the shipment-specific terms control for that shipment.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site. You must not submit false or misleading information, interfere with site security or operation, attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, use automated tools to burden the site, or use the site for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.

Information you submit
